Smart (and Exciting) Transmission
The Talon features a thrilling 999cc engine that’s big on performance and power – it’s also connected to a six-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission that lets you drive the way you want. Choose between manual mode or fully automatic. Plus, the addition of Sport Mode increases the fun, shifting at higher RPM for a spirited, full-performance driving experience.
Independent Suspension
The Talon’s independent front and rear suspension systems (double A-arm in the front, three-link trailing arm in the back) feature Fox Podium 2.0 QS3 (Quick Switch – 3 position) shocks with velocity-sensitive damping and remote reservoirs for superior control and heat dissipation during hard riding.
Durable Seating
The Talon offers the comfort, safety, and support of deep bucket seats that feature a wide seatback and an even wider seat bottom. They don’t rattle. They don’t hold water. They offer tons of lateral support. And the driver’s side is positively adjustable to fit a wide variety of operator heights. They’re even compatible with four-point harnesses for competition use. High and Low Range Sub-Transmission
The Talon has a full 42 percent gear reduction between High and Low, so you get the torque you need in all six gears. That’s sure to come in handy when driving over difficult terrain, scaling hills or rock crawling.
