Premium Level – $199/Year

Two pre-season (Spring & Fall) software updates to be completed in store.
Activities include:
• Update software on all components
• Renew StarFire activations (activation payment required)
• Keycard or data cleanup
Support agreements sold on a per display basis.  Agreements may be purchased for $100 per additional display.


Premium PLUS Level – $399/Year  
Two pre-season (Spring & Fall) software updates to be completed on-farm or in store.
Activities include:
• Update software on all components
• Renew StarFire activations (activation payment required)
• Keycard or data cleanup
• Physical cleaning and inspection of hardware (prolongs life of components)
• Transfer components vehicle to vehicle
• Setup and calibration of GreenStar components  
• Unlimited phone support
Support agreements sold on a per display basis. Agreements may be purchased for $100 per additional display.


Support Package Add-Ons:
JDLink Machine Optimization – $109/Year
We will help you setup and customize alerts that suit your needs. If trouble arises, our technicians will be alerted by your machine so action can be taken if necessary. Twice per year, we can also provide detailed printouts of machine performance and provide consultation to help you optimize your machines performance.

Fee covers one JDLink enabled machine. Cover additional machines for just $10 each.


Plan Support Plan Terms:  

  • For support plans including on-site visits, the customer agrees to have all AMS equipment installed in their machinery and have the equipment placed in the yard with a clear line of sight to the sky. Any time incurred installing AMS components or preparing equipment to complete the work agreed upon in a support plan will be invoiced at regular service department rate.  
  • Repairs, start-ups or any other AMS technical support for any on-site visits outside of support plan agreement will be invoiced at regular service department rate plus service vehicle fees.  
  • Without a support plan agreement, all AMS related on-site visits will be invoiced at regular service department rates plus service vehicle fees.

On-farm service work is available where regular service vehicle and travel costs will apply. On-farm service must be booked in advance. Transportation of equipment not included, regular rates apply if needed. **Priority Service: Includes a free-of-charge loaner machine in the event your machine needs repairs that cannot be completed within 24 hours. Loaner machine will be same or similar capacity, but may not necessarily be exact year or model. Dependent on availability.
